My first ever Pavlova. :D Isn't it pretty? And it was ever so yummy, too! :D (Not a commonly known dish here, but I'd heard of it before, most likely on TORC, even. :D )
As some of you might recognise by the logo on the dish, this is at "Le Pain Quotidien", more specifically, the one in London St Pancras Station. We were there last weekend, on our way to see friends in the Chilterns (a hill range between London and Oxford) - we had a couple of hours to change trains, but were too much laden with luggage to want to roam around much. :D
That is indeed a lovely pavlova. I think they are really light and yummy. I am not sure that I have heard of Le Pain Quotidien before, but they make a lovely photo opportunity.
