116/365 A bug’s eye view of my lawn…..

I love my Spring lawn!  There are hundreds of violets and a few dandelions in bloom.  I suspect my neighbors with the golf course perfect grass and Chem-Lawn service are not so impressed.

Seriously.  Who would name a company Chem-Lawn???

  1. Amen, Tooks! My neighbours hate any dandelions, and we have this scraggly bit of lawn that they detest. I like the dandelions, particularly since the bees like them. :) You've got a prettier lawn with violets, though. :)

    Great photo!

  2. Very nice photo. I think the lawn looks excellent. Sil can tell you if she wants it smaller.

For me, it is just fine as it is. In a week it won't even be on the same page.

  3. I love Violas in the lawn. I had them at the other place and actually miss them here. I do however have moss galore in my lawn. The landlord is going to treat the lawn at the Preschool and kill the moss. They offered to do ours as well and I told them "Please no thank you! If you treat mine I wont have any lawn!" It is the truth too. I love the squishy ground when you walk and it remains green all year long.

I love this picture and it is not too big!!! :D

  5. Love this photo. To bits. Want to roll around in that grass.

Vana, what a shame...moss is so lovely! And fun to play with. If you take little toys into it it looks like a fairy kingdom. Poor preschoolers, with no moss :(
