160/365 Windows and Doors

~More from our recent trip to Boston~

I cannot begin to tell you how much I adore this scene.
It speaks to the quintessential me.
And I found it on
Joy Street
in the Beacon Hill area of Boston.

<3

There were so many beautiful doorways and windows.. and the architecture in general was inspiring. I took waaaaaaay too many photos and now I am paying for it as it is taking me forever to edit!

  1. Rosie, these two are lovely photos. I have a feeling the first one is actually a wall and the door is like a doorway into a courtyard? Otherwise there is vegetation growing on their roof in abundance. :D

I too love all the old buildings in Boston, there isn't anything like them really.

Such a historic site to see.

The window with the box and flowers is also lovely.

  2. Very pretty and very unique to what we see these days in architecture. I love the old English style very much.

Thank you for sharing it with us. I look forward to more of your pictures from Boston.
