280/365 Kentish nature

Hello all,

So I didn't manage to photograph anything particularly interesting this week, so I'm afraid I had to plump for a couple of older shots...  The first one is a photo of a butterfly I took in a pub garden in the summer:



And this next one is a spooky tree in a field near where my parents live :D  I find it quite atmospheric!

  1. You got two great shots there, Pandora. The tree is really unique and lovely. I dig old trees. And the close up on the butterfly brought out all the textures. Very nice.

  3. I completely agree with what Rose said on the thread -- looooove the tree, and it looks just like the White Tree in Gondor! On the other hand, I'd expect to see a huge flock of vultures perched in it looking menacing. :D
