The Boat: Every Spring/Summer a boat retailer comes into the mall. There are oats everywhere, as well as one of the store spaces.
The Pirate: Is a super size Park People soldier that belongs to the toystore.
The owner of the toystore is friends with one of the boat people and they desided to have some fun. Later in the day, the pirate was seen holding a bag from the toystore.
