At work this week, we had a private company that is developing a huge wind farm in the area using our conference room. They had a buffet laid on for them by a local bakery called Satterthwaites and after the meeting there was lots of food left that was going to be thrown away. I brought some sausage rolls, mini pork pies, mini quiches and these tarts home. Delicious!

They tasted amazing. Satterthwaites are an excellent bakery that bake everything from scratch on site, and it shows. Their produce are wonderful. :)
