68/365....The Sentinal....


The Sentinal.
 I've watched this tree for over 30 years. He lives across the street from me. He stands like a sentinal over the neighborhood, braving all sorts of weather with only one broken limb to show for it. It's such a cool tree I had to take his picture and show all of you. [His hair's a bit wind blown, btw. ;)]

    Holy Cats!!! You weren't kidding. That is one big tree. Great picture, Calma. I should think it is a comfort to have him watching over the neighborhood.
