No...that's not a whale. It's TMI. As you can see the Unit 2 cooling towers have no steam rising up. I guess they dismantled Unit 2 for some reason???? ;)

I didn't realize that they were still operating at Three Mile Island? Wow!!! I remember all the hoopla about that place. Of course I used to live a lot closer to Hanford and that seems to be the place most folks hear about not. Not that they are doing so much there anymore.

I just read that the contract for Unit 1 has been extended until something like 2034, so yes, it's very much still running!
